1/4 cup celery stem roughly chopped
1/4 Cup Basil finely chopped
1/2 Cup shallot finely chopped
1 tablespoon 2 tablespoon of Afro Fusion Cuisine- All purpose Seasoning
3 tbs Fresh Thyme
1 tbs Habanero
1 Maggi bouillon
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Use as marinade
Mix all the ingredients in a blender to obtain a creamy mixture, your marinade is ready; use it to marinade your fish.
Use as dipping sauce
Blend all the ingredients and pour them in a little pot and cook at medium fire for 5-10 minute.
Served as condiment or dipping sauce for your grilled fish items and serve at room temperature.
