Afro Fusion Cuisine Sweet and Sour Chicken with Mango Chutney
…Deliciously simple and addictive
1 tablespoon oil
1 red or green pepper cubed
1 medium onion cut into chunks
1 tin pineapple chunks
1/2 cup cashews (optional)
1/4 cup bean sprouts (optional)
2 lbs chicken breasts cut into strips
6 tablespoons AFRO FUSION CUISINE Sauce
1 tbs of Afro Fusion Cuisine’s All Purpose Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to season
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add the chicken strips, peppers, onion and fry until cooked through.
Add the pineapple (including the juice) and AFRO FUSION CUISINE MANGO CHUTNEY and simmer for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add nuts and sprouts.
Serve hot on a bed of noodles or rice.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
