Afro Fusion Cuisine fingerlicking Mango Tango BBQ sauce with our mango Chutney

Hello friends, here is the fantastic Afro Fusion Cuisine mango BBQ sauce  that everyone has been asking for ! Make it at home in less than 30 mn and use it as a glaze, marinade or dipping sauce for vegetables, tofu, tempeh, meats and seafoods:


12 oz of Afro fusion cuisine Mango Chutney
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 stick butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1/2 of a sweet (Vidalia) onion, finely minced
3/4 cup Miller beer of your choice
2tbs of Afro Fusion Cuisine- Reggae Girl Jerk Marinade or Mama Deacon Jerk Spice blend
3 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs Afro Fusion Cuisine piri piri sauce
1 Tbs Honey
1 1/2 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup heavy cream


Heat butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, thyme, onion,  Saute for 6 minutes. Add reserved mama Deacon Jerk spice or alternatively reggae girl Jerk Marinade along with Miller beer, Worcestershire, lemon juice, honey, Piri sauce, heavy cream and lemon juice. Bring mixture to a simmer and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes, or until thickened.

When sauce is ready use it to marinate  and roast, grill or bake meats, vegetables, tofu or seafood.
