1/2 cup of finely chopped green pepper
1 Tsp of fresh chives finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup of finely chopped Leek (white part only) finely chopped
1lb ( 1 pack) of Afro Fusion Cuisine Merguez sausages
9 oz of Afro Fusion Cuisine ( 1 cup) – Yassa Caramelized onion sauce Sauce
2 tbs of coconut oil
1. Add a tiny drizzle of Coconut oil just to get things started, then add your leek, green pepper and chives
2. Add the Afro Fusion Cuisine Merguez sausages to the pan or the griddle and Afro Fusion Cuisine Yassa Sauce. Cook, turning every minute or two, for about 12 minutes, or until nice and brown on all sides. Add the salt.
3. When ready to serve, check the sausages are cooked through and that no pink remains.
4. Serve the sausage whole or cut them in Appetizers size and serve with Fancy appetizer picks!
