Afro Fusion Cuisine’s Stir fry Kale & Mixed veggies with Joloff Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup of Afro fusion cuisine Joloff Sauce
1 tbs of Afro Fusion Cuisine Mama Deacon Curry Seasoning/ or Afro Fusion Cuisine all purpose Seasoning
2 cups of finely chopped kale
2 cups of finely chopped Chinese Cabbage
1 cup of finely chopped onions
1/2 cup of roughly chopped red bell pepper
1lb of stew beef chunk, lamb, shrimp or tofu ( optional)
1/2 cup of green onions finely chopped
4 tbs of vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. In a deep skillet, over medium heat, add vegetable oil, stir in onions and cook until translucent
2. Add your proteins of choice and stir . Add your peppers, scallion and Afro Fusion Cuisine curry or all-purpose seasoning and cook for 7-10 minutes over slow fire. Add water by the tablespoon if it gets dry
3. Add your vegetables and Joloff sauce and stir. Cover and cook for another 7 minutes stirring gently
4. Adjust Salt and pepper to taste

Serve over brown rice, noodles or eat alone, in a taco shell or lettuce wrap!
