2 lbs fillet of wild salmon
1 jar of Afro Fusion Mango Chutney
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon of Afro FUSION Ras el Hanout Mustard or any Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 450 F and place oven rack in the middle of the oven.
Mix Mango Chutney, dill and mustard.
Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with non-stick.
Place salmon with skin on the underside.
Dress the salmon with AFRO FUSION SAUCE mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.
Serve with cooked rice and a green salad.
